to generate new Mortgage business via Intermediaries.<\/li>\n
Building & developing key relationships with Intermediaries across the South West with a view to increase business volumes.<\/li>\n
Carrying out Visits and Presentations to Intermediaries to promote lending proposition.<\/li>\n
Gain a good understanding of Product offerings enabling you to give guidance to Intermediaries to help secure their business.<\/li>\n
Maintaining an updated Intermediary database recording all contact made<\/li>\n
Liaising with New Business department to help secure improved quality of Mortgage Packaging from Intermediaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strong Field Sales background with current\/recent Mortgage Business Development \/ Intermediary Sales experience.<\/li>\n
Good knowledge and understanding of the Mortgage Intermediary Market Place and existing relationships is essential.<\/li>\n
Sound Relationship Management skills in a Financial Services environment with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n
Good understanding of Mortgage Underwriting principles with ability to work through cases with Brokers.<\/li>\n
Proven track record in originating Mortgage Completions and meeting targets.<\/li>\n
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to deliver a credible service.<\/li>\n
Sales orientated and target driven.<\/li>\n
Good understanding of\u00a0 Mortgages including knowledge of TCF, MCoB, ICoB rules and other regulations that may impact on the business.<\/li>\n
Desirable: CEMAP qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Up to \u00a352, 000 plus \u00a35000 Car Allowance plus Commission and Benefits. OTE \u00a380k-100k+.<\/p>\n
