You will assist in the Origination and Execution of all Mandates for the Investment Banking Debt Solutions Team and Business Development initiatives and activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile all relevant data, analyze and understand the business of the clients including the clients\u2019 objectives for relevant transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct due diligence and perform financial analysis and prepare meeting notes.<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in the preparation of strategy reports, information memoranda and any other documents or reports as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the management of Transactions and liaise with all parties involved in the Transaction, as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in and support the Marketing and Placement of Transactions, including assisting in the preparation of Presentations and Marketing materials, as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of Client relationships or Client Pitches, as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in interactions with Regulators (such as CBO, CMA, MSM) and other Advisors (such as Legal, Accounting, Technical etc).<\/li>\n<li>Support Team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years in a Core Advisory function with an Investment Bank or Big 4; with Transactional experience of working on Corporate and Project Finance Advisory and Loan Syndications.<\/li>\n<li>Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Equivalent Qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Financial Modeling and Analysis skills; with experience of preparing Transaction documents.<\/li>\n<li>Should have ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment.<\/li>\n<li>Should have ability to think through unstructured environments.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative and ability to generate ideas and carry the same forward.<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player with excellent Communication, Presentation and Report writing skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If interested, please forward updated CV&#8217;s in word format to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@globalbankers-rec.com\">info@globalbankers-rec.com<\/a>\u00a0for review.
