{"id":2259,"date":"2023-03-20T11:58:03","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T11:58:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=2259"},"modified":"2023-05-01T00:12:31","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T00:12:31","slug":"vacancy-vp-international-real-estate-kuwait","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?job_listing=vacancy-vp-international-real-estate-kuwait","title":{"rendered":"Vacancy \u2013 VP \u2013 International Real Estate \u2013 Kuwait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Vacancy \u2013 VP \u2013 International Real Estate \u2013 Kuwait<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To provide Research, Financial Analysis, and Reporting Support for existing Investment Products and to assist in the development and execution of New Investment Products in both the US and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare investment memorandums and make recommendations for Real Estate Acquisitions \/ Projects.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare IAC and Board Memos, coordinating Approvals for Key decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the preparation of Quarterly (and other) Reports to Clients.<\/p>\n<p>Respond to Client Inquiries and meet with Clients on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the analysis of Budgets for each Investment Product.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct Research and prepare Internal Market Studies.<\/p>\n<p>Identify Potential Partners for New Investment Products.<\/p>\n<p>Evaluate the Suitability of Projects and Investment Products marketed by Third-Party Investment Managers.<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the Structuring of New Investment Products.<\/p>\n<p>Manage Team involved in providing Research, Financial Analysis, Reporting and Product Development Support to USA Team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bachelors in Economics or equivalent.<\/p>\n<p>CFA\/CAIA a plus<\/p>\n<p>Minimum 6-9 years of relevant Investments experience, with strong Executions experience and exposure across Europe and USA Real Estate markets.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If suitable and interested in this excellent opportunity; please forward your updated CV in word format to info@globalbankers-rec.com for review.
