{"id":2194,"date":"2023-02-14T08:56:07","date_gmt":"2023-02-14T08:56:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=2194"},"modified":"2023-04-01T00:08:12","modified_gmt":"2023-04-01T00:08:12","slug":"senior-associate-associate-director-enforcement-doha-qatar","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?job_listing=senior-associate-associate-director-enforcement-doha-qatar","title":{"rendered":"Senior Associate \/ Associate Director (Enforcement) \u2013 Doha, Qatar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>New Vacancies &#8211; Senior Associate \/ Associate Director (<\/strong><strong>Enforcement) <\/strong><strong>\u2013 Qatar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and conduct investigations concerning violations of Qatar Laws, Regulations and Rules and complex Regulatory Litigation involving cross border disputes<\/li>\n<li>Undertake Evidence Management<\/li>\n<li>Conduct large scale Forensic Review, including work with Technical Experts to identify and understand complex Financial Transactions as part of the Evidence gathering<\/li>\n<li>Draft all necessary Documentation for internal and external decision making, conducting interviews and communication purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well recognised Qualifications in Law<\/li>\n<li>A Legal background in the Financial or Regulatory area would be an advantage, but not essential.<\/li>\n<li>5 years + \u00a0Regulatory Litigation experience, including Drafting Submissions and Pleadings in Superior Courts<\/li>\n<li>5 years +\u00a0 Investigative experience, including Interview and Statement-taking skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound understanding of Financial Statements and associated Financial Documentation<\/li>\n<li>High level Communication skills \u2013 oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent judgment and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of Evidential Requirements (including Case Management, Privilege) and practical experience of Forensic Systems used in large e-discovery processes (e.g. Relativity).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If suitable and interested in this excellent opportunity; please forward your updated CV in word format to info@globalbankers-rec.com for review.
