{"id":1272,"date":"2022-05-08T11:49:58","date_gmt":"2022-05-08T11:49:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=1272"},"modified":"2022-06-13T00:05:46","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T00:05:46","slug":"new-vacancy-analyst-senior-analyst-real-estate-mena-kuwait","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?job_listing=new-vacancy-analyst-senior-analyst-real-estate-mena-kuwait","title":{"rendered":"New Vacancy &#8211; Analyst \/ Senior Analyst Real Estate (MENA) \u2013 Kuwait."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>New Vacancy &#8211; Analyst \/ Senior Analyst Real Estate (MENA) \u2013 Kuwait.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the EVP \u2013 Real Estate you will be responsible for conducting Market Research and maintaining Data for Investment purposes and in order to keep the Team abreast of latest MENA Market Developments and Trends.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare a robust List of Service Providers for Market Studies as well as assist in preparing and floating the RFP in order to ensure that the work is assigned to the right Consultants and carried out in an efficient manner.<\/p>\n<p>Network with Brokers and Real Estate Investors for potential Acquisitions\/Disposals of Investments.<\/p>\n<p>Source Real Estate Investment Opportunities and Screen Investments for Compliance with the Investment Strategies, as well as alignment with Investments Guidelines and prepare Investment Opportunity Report; in form of Evaluations and Memorandums.<\/p>\n<p>Source Potential Buyers and conduct Analysis to justify Disposal of Property along with potential Replacements, depending on Disposal Reasoning.<\/p>\n<p>Analyze Shortlisted Investment Opportunities and coordinate with Third Party Service Providers to submit relevant Reports.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct Investment Opportunity Valuation, Analysis, Cash Flow Modeling (depending on the type of Investment Opportunity), and create a Business Plan with Targeted Returns.<\/p>\n<p>Compile Findings into detailed Report and seek relevant approvals.<\/p>\n<p>For Developments, prepare Detailed\/Brief Reports to be forwarded to the Project Management Team for Project Execution according to the set Concept, Specifications, Standards, and Timelines.<\/p>\n<p>Execute activities related to Selected Investment Opportunities and Track Properties from an Operational, Financial, Technical, and Legal Point of View.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor the Performance of overall Real Estate Portfolio, compare the Performance with Targets and take Corrective Action e.g., Increase\/Decrease Rent Prices, Hold\/Sell Capital Assets, Follow-up on Payments.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare brief and detailed Reports to Team, Department, Management, Committee(s), and Client.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seeking 2-4 years in Real Estate Investment Management or Financial Analysis or Business Development. Bilingual Arabic &amp; English.<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree. Masters\/CFA\/CAIA are advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication and relationship building skills.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally knowledge of the MENA Region Real Estate Market<\/p>\n<p>Good Valuations, Financial Analysis, Research and Cash Flow modelling experience.<\/p>\n<p>Open to Bilingual Arabic and English Candidates currently based in Kuwait.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If suitable and interested in this excellent opportunity; please forward your updated CV in word format to info@globalbankers-rec.com for review.
