{"id":1167,"date":"2021-08-18T08:27:49","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T08:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=1167"},"modified":"2021-09-18T00:42:15","modified_gmt":"2021-09-18T00:42:15","slug":"senior-associate-associate-director-enforcement-department-doha-qatar","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.globalbankers-rec.com\/?job_listing=senior-associate-associate-director-enforcement-department-doha-qatar","title":{"rendered":"Senior Associate \u2013 Associate Director Enforcement Department \u2013 Doha, Qatar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>New Vacancy &#8211; Senior Associate \u2013 Associate Director <\/strong><strong>Enforcement <\/strong><strong>Department \u2013 Doha, Qatar. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plan and conduct Investigations concerning Violations of Laws, Regulations and Rules and Complex Regulatory Litigation involving Cross Border Disputes<\/p>\n<p>Undertake Evidence Management<\/p>\n<p>Conduct Large Scale Forensic Review, including work with Technical Experts to identify and understand complex Financial Transactions as part of the Evidence Gathering<\/p>\n<p>Draft all necessary Documentation for internal and external decision making, conducting Interviews and communication purposes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well recognised Qualifications in Law<\/p>\n<p>A Legal background in the Financial or Regulatory area would be an advantage, but not essential.<\/p>\n<p>5 years + \u00a0Regulatory Litigation experience, including Drafting Submissions and Pleadings in Superior Courts<\/p>\n<p>5 years +\u00a0 Investigative experience, including Interview and Statement-Taking skills<\/p>\n<p>Sound understanding of Financial Statements and associated Financial Documentation<\/p>\n<p>High level Communication skills \u2013 oral and written.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent Judgment and Analytical skills<\/p>\n<p>Excellent understanding of Evidential Requirements (including Case Management &amp; Privilege) and Practical experience of Forensic Systems used in Large e-Discovery Processes (e.g. Relativity).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Salary Package for Senior Associate is approx. USD7500 Monthly and for the Associate Director is between USD 11500- USD14500 Monthly Tax Free. (Includes Basic, Housing, &amp; Transportation).
