New Vacancy – Senior Manager, Risk Management (Kuwait)
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager – Risk Management based in Kuwait.
The ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Risk Management, Insurance, Financial Services, Legal, or Administration, with strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Risk Assessment, Risk Reporting, and engagement with Senior Management and Board‑Level Committees
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex Risk Scenarios
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Professional Certification in Risk Management (approved or recognised by the Insurance Regulatory Unit – IRU)
- Relevant Specialised Training in Risk Management or related professional skills
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English
