New Vacancy – AVP/VP/Senior Vice President – Real Estate MENA (Investment Management) – Kuwait.

Role:

Reporting the EVP MENA Real Estate. You will assist in Business Development with the aim of securing New Mandates. Execute Advisory Mandates with the aim of developing Relationships/Advisory to larger Asset Management Mandates/Products. Assist in launching New Portfolios/Products until stabilized to be handed over to Income Generating Asset Management Team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Supervision of Subordinates

Market Analysis: Analyze the Real Estate Market covered on a continuous basis and provide the Management with Insights on the Market in relation to Development, Trends, Fundamentals, Regulations, and Potential Opportunities.

Establish a Network of Industry Experts and Service Providers that enables the Execution of the Investments Projects and Advisory Mandates.

Provide Realistic Assessment of all variables in relation to Potential Investments and update them on a continuous basis.

Identify Investment Opportunities, Evaluate Investment Risks and Returns and perform complete Due Diligence up to the Closing.

Assist in Business Development with Potential Clients (Institutions/Individuals) to design Solutions to Clients utilizing Firms capabilities.

Analyze Potential Real Estate Investment Opportunities from a Quantitative and Qualitative Standpoint and Report on viability of Prospective Opportunities.

Prepare Models, Cash Flow and Investment Analysis of Proposed Investments.

Assist with the Preparation and Presentation of Memos and Analysis Reports for Potential Investments.

Prepare Investment Solicitation and Marketing Documents for Securing Investors Commitments and Financing from Banks.

Carry out Acquisition, Development, Management and Exit of Real Estate Investments in Markets assigned.

Manage Relationship with Authorities in relation to the Investments and Business Development.

Assist in the Development of Real Estate Products.

Direct and manage Relationships with outside Entities related to the Department Investments.

Maintain, Monitor, and Report the Status of Investments and problem areas and ensure all aspects of investments / projects are functioning efficiently.

Prepare Periodical Reports that Illustrate to the Management / Investor / Bank the progress of the Investment, the Investment’s Performance and Analysis of that Performance Allowing Management to make Business Decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or equivalent.

CFA /MBA preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification experience with 5 years of experience in a similar position with an Investment Bank or Asset Management Company preferably within the GCC area.
